Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wigs that do not fit or if you ordered the wrong cap size.

If your wig arrives you receive the wrong item, for example, you ordered a straight wig and you received a water wave wig. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
